Looking for a cheap starter quarter midget

I saw you guys at Monster Jam at the Save Mart center and my 5 year old son fell in love with the quarter midgets. We are just looking for a cheap under $1,000... starter midget that he can practice with. Doesn't have to be pretty or a winner just be able to drive. thanks!
